Jeremy Meeks is a Sr. Manager of Intelligent Services Engineering at QTS Data Centers who works with technology operations engineers and business leaders to drive innovation around service delivery and service level monitoring. After spending nearly a decade as an Army officer, Jeremy transitioned into the Data Center industry and knows the importance of the people side of work as well as what it takes to lead a successful IT initiative. He believes that servant leadership is vital to creating a culture that fosters digital transformation and exciting work for his employees; helping his team achieve results they never thought imaginable is what fuels him day to day. Jeremy has spent time in IT project management, digitization thought leadership, IT operations management, and is currently spearheading the newly formed Intelligent Services Engineering team to add visibility, automation, and world class service delivery to QTS’ valued customers and internal technology teams.
Jeremy holds a BS in management from the United States Military Academy, MS in organizational leadership from Columbus State University, and is currently pursuing his MBA from the University of Georgia.
